Strategic Staffing Solutions is a staple within the Detroit Community. To pay off their commitment to the city, they were holding their annual “All Staff” meeting in the heart of one of the city’s most vibrant areas, Eastern Market. The venue, outside of the typical confines of a hotel ballroom, has its own unique approaches and challenges. In addition to the venue itself, the show elements themselves are pretty intricate. To S3’s credit, they want to ensure every presentation gets its moment, often involving very detailed music and video cues throughout the 12-hour program.

MVP Collaborative, a long-time trusted partner of S3, was responsible for producing and directing of all program elements as well as working alongside a team of event partners to ensure the experience overall was seamless for S3 and their employees.

At the culmination of the program, an engaged and motivated S3 team... and even a sabered champagne bottle to cap it off.
